As the Internet rages about what seems to be an accidental bias against left-handed users by Apple, the people over at Engadget shared with the world tonight an email exchange between an Apple customer and Steve Jobs himself in which the latter responds to a complaint about signal degradation with the new iPhone 4.

The customer, Aram, gives Apple kudos on the new device, then goes on to mention how the signal issues appear to be common and wonders if a fix is in the works. Steve Jobs' solution? "Just avoid holding it in that way." Others across the Internet have confirmed that the new bumper case also solves the issue, but with the age of the new iPhone 4 being so young, some are wondering whether being told "just avoid holding it in that way" is a good enough explanation from the Apple CEO.
