They may get a lot of grief for it, but men around the country are taking up pole dancing, ABC News reports. For exercise. Seriously. "Just because you lift weights and do your cardio, you've got other muscles that need to be used," says one trainer. It builds upper-body strength, core strength, and leg strength, adds another.
