Chuck DeVore is looking to get as much mileage as possible out of fellow GOP Senate candidate Carly Fiorina's bizarre "demon sheep" ad, the one that accuses Tom Campbell of being a FCINO. He's set up www.demonsheep.org in the name of the "Society for the Eradication of Demon Sheep From Our Political Discourse," where he vows his campaign will "forever be a demon-sheep-free zone"—though that didn't stop him from posting an equally bizarre demon sheep "poster" on the site.

DeVore also attacks Fiorina's older "Carlyfornia" campaign, pledging that he won't rely on "silly slogans like Chuckifornia." Meanwhile, Tom Campbell struck back at Fiorina's ad in a bid to boost his campaign coffers, the LA Times reports. In an appeal to supporters sent yesterday, Campbell's campaign wrote: "Carly's ad likens fiscal conservatives to sheep, and Tom to a demon sheep, without mentioning a single federal issue or proposing a single solution to America's economic woes. Seriously." (More Carly Fiorina stories.)
