The drug-maker posted a doubling in quarterly profit but failed to meet expectations and scaled back projections for future revenue, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Dow fell 27 points to close at 10,270. The Nasdaq gained 1 point, settling at 2,191. The S&P 500 lost 6 points, closing at 1,097.
