Pakistan's most populous province will block the SIM cards of residents who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19, Dawn reports. "Final decision has been taken to block the mobile SIM cards of people not getting vaccinated," a Punjab official announced. The provincial government is also implementing other measures to encourage vaccinations, including blocking the un-vaccinated from shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, parks, and other places, Dunya News reports. Pakistan recently announced all government employees must be vaccinated by June 30, and another province, Sindh, will suspend the salaries of those who aren't vaccinated starting in July.
