Navy video of the incident appears to show shirtless Russian sailors soaking up rays on a rear helipad as the crisis unfolded, Business Insider reports. The ships were close enough for US sailors to see what NPR calls "an odd sight," but the video is a little blurry, so who knows. Naturally the Internet is responding, with one Military.com reader calling it a "steel beach picnic."
