It had all the trappings of a small business looking to be customer-friendly: a drive-thru window, signs directing motorists where to go, and open and closed signs. The problem, say police in Ocala, Florida, is that this particular business was dispensing heroin laced with fentanyl, reports WFTV. Police say they were investigating a sudden increase in overdoses when they came across the mobile home of William Parrish Jr. and McKenzee Dobbs. The couple had converted a kitchen window into a drive-thru window so they wouldn't have people traipsing in their home all the time, authorities say. Charges include selling drugs and keeping or maintaining a dwelling used to keep or sell drugs. (More weird crimes stories.)
