Finding a place to punch in where no one watches the clock all day is every employee's dream, and Fortune has compiled a list of the US companies that just might fit the bill. The magazine looked at feedback from more than 315,000 employees of companies that have at least 1,000 workers, examining metrics such as "executive team effectiveness," company innovation, and how tuned-in the firm is to its employees. Some of the appealing perks at the most well-regarded companies: "mindfulness" rooms (Salesforce), rewards trips to Disney (Ultimate Software), and Starbucks gift cards (Edward Jones). Here, the top 10 companies:

  1. Salesforce
  2. Wegmans Food Markets
  3. Ultimate Software
  4. The Boston Consulting Group
  5. Edward Jones
Read on for five more companies.

  1. Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants
  2. Workday
  3. Genentech
  4. Hyatt
  5. Kimley-Horn
See what other companies make the "best" list. (From the consumer side: America's most hated companies.)
