The guy who smashed Donald Trump's star on the Walk of Fame with a pickax apparently told witnesses his real name, which helped Los Angeles police track him down Thursday. James Otis, who admitted to the crime, was arrested on felony vandalism charges in West Hollywood hours before he planned to hold a press conference at Trump's shiny new star, swapped out for the damaged one, reports TMZ.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, however, Otis says he was sick of Trump's "aggressive language toward women" and "his sexual violence with women and against women." Otis adds he plans to auction chunks of the damaged star with proceeds going to Trump's accusers, and will "gladly pay the damages," estimated at $2,500. (An artist gave Trump's star a border wall.)
