A wild stag party and deceptive bike thieves factor into the weirdest crime stories of the week:

  • Pilot Diverts Plane Due to Unruly Bachelor Party: A handful of Brits may be in for more than a hangover after the Ryanair flight they were on from London to Slovakia's capital was diverted to Berlin. According to the crew, half the members of a bachelor party "misbehaved so badly"—one man allegedly stripped down—that passenger safety was compromised. Their potential punishment is pretty severe.
  • Bald Man Sought in Rogaine Thefts: Bringing new meaning to the phrase "nothing left to lose," a bald man has apparently turned to a life of crime, allegedly stealing Rogaine from multiple stores in Ohio and Kentucky. Cops say he has the same MO every time, and that there's another intriguing item he's accused of taking in addition to the Rogaine.

  • Clever Bike Thieves Using This Trick: London's bike thieves are getting extra crafty. A police officer tweeted photos of a bike rack that had been sliced through—and that handiwork hidden in a clever and simple way. Find out what they're doing, as well as some surprising reactions from locals.
  • Cop's Dashcam Captures Unfortunate Creek Plunge: Comic relief comes courtesy of Lincoln County, Tenn., where police dashcam video catches a passenger exiting a stopped pickup and promptly falling headfirst into a creek. Check out the reportedly drunken tumble—and what happened to the truck's driver.
  • Nicotine-Craving Man Breaks Into Store, Leaves Surprise Behind: Police say a New Mexico man arrived at a 24-hour convenience store in Las Cruces in the middle of the night to buy a pack of cigarettes. After pounding on the locked door for a while, 24-year-old Ellis Battista apparently realized the store was closed and broke through the door, cops say. He got his cigarette pack, but security cameras caught him leaving something behind.
