A sexy cop and some gullible Burger King workers play a role in the weirdest crime stories of the week:

  • Only in Florida Do Citizens Pull Over the Cops: When Claudia Castillo spotted a police cruiser flying down a Florida highway without its emergency lights on, she decided to pursue. The concerned citizen eventually got behind the officer and began flashing her lights and honking, and the unidentified officer pulled over to see what the emergency was. Check out the entire bizarre interaction recorded on Castillo's cellphone—and find out who might be in trouble.
  • Perk of Being a UK Cop: People Think You're a Stripper: Police community officer Mike Ober was on foot patrol in Wiltshire, England, when he was suddenly outnumbered by a group of women gathered at a social club for a 50th birthday party. He was greeted with wild cheering when he entered the club after noticing the door was propped open, but not because of his crimefighting skills.

  • Prank Caller Gets Burger King Workers to Trash the Place: Employees at a California Burger King responded less than ideally to a prank call Saturday night, with that response causing $35,000 in damage to the restaurant. Police say someone called the Burger King in Morro Bay pretending to be with the fire department. Here's what that person allegedly said.
  • Why This Woman's DWI Was Stirred and Shaken With Irony: There's sisterly devotion, and then there's "your sister would've understood if you'd waited till morning." Erica Stang apparently couldn't wait to go pick up her sibling from jail, though, so the 32-year-old Minnesota woman set out to make the trip to Stearns County Jail in the middle of the night Sunday. It didn't end well.
  • Only Thing More Annoying Than His Name Are His Constant Legal Troubles: Pro tip: Don't change your name to Beezow Doo-doo Zopittybop-bop-bop unless you're prepared for your every alleged misdeed to make headlines. The 34-year-old from Washington state, born Jeffrey Drew Wilschke, faces a litany of new charges after a series of alleged crimes that police say began with him tearing down fliers at a local college. Things got much weirder from there.
