Ohio police didn't need CSI to figure out what happened when they responded to an emergency call from an Austintown home last Friday evening to find a 22-year-old man curled in the fetal position on the floor "surrounded by a plethora of Doritos, Pepperidge Farm Goldfish, and Chips Ahoy cookies." The Youngstown Vindicator reports the man allegedly called police to report being "too high," and the responding officer could hear the man groaning from within the house. Police say the man claimed he couldn't feel his hands but declined medical treatment. The officer reportedly found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the man's car, but as of Monday he hadn't been charged with any crime. (More weird crimes stories.)
