(AP Photo/Charles Dharapak, File) President Obama has set a Guinness World Record as the fastest user to reach 1 million followers on Twitter. After joining the platform with a personal @POTUS account on Monday, he managed to crush Robert Downey Jr.'s record of 23 hours and 22 minutes set last April in five hours, Guinness reports. An impressive animated graphic shows the location of followers amassed during Obama's first 20 minutes online. Since then, the account has nabbed more than 2 million followers. Obama has tweeted that the account will be passed on to the next president when he exits the White House. (Obama has already burned Bill Clinton on Twitter.)
