Add yet another case to the military's sexual-harassment file: This time, a sergeant on staff at West Point has been accused of filming female cadets in the shower, reports the New York Times. So far, the Army has warned about a dozen cadets they may have been spied upon, and they've charged Sgt. First Class Michael McClendon with various offenses under the military disciplinary code.

McClendon, who has been transferred to Fort Drum, is described as a staff adviser who helped his company of 125 cadets "in balancing and integrating the requirements of physical, military, academic and moral-ethical programs." Apparently, not all of the images in question were taken in the shower—some were shot elsewhere, possibly through windows. And the Times notes one complicating factor: at least some appear to have been consensual. (More West Point stories.)
