The second winner of the $587 million Powerball jackpot has claimed his money in Arizona, but his identity is still a secret for now. State lottery officials say the winner—identified as a married, professional man in his 30s who moved to Fountain Hills, Arizona, from Pennsylvania—declined to take part in the official news conference today, reports AP. But he can't stay anonymous under state law, meaning his name will be made public eventually, probably on Monday. He and his wife are taking the cash option of $192 million before taxes, like their fellow winners in Missouri. (More Arizona stories.)
