Ah, Halloween, that special time of the year when you get an excuse to throw a party ... and in the case of one Alexander Zito, that's a party with chocolate with pot, hard candy with pot, 640 "Jolly Lolly" pot lollipops, and five pounds of plain old Mary Jane pot. Oh, and some hash and crack cocaine, probably for good measure. That's what cops say they found when they raided Zito's apartment last week during a mid-afternoon party chock full of University at Buffalo students, reports the Buffalo News. Unsurprisingly, “one of the students was so high we thought he was going to pass out,” says an officer.

Zito told cops he's been unemployed for a couple of years, but he's apparently been using the downtime to fly to California and obtain marijuana for medicinal purposes. Police say he then has it shipped via good old USPS to New York, which is decidedly less friendly toward medical marijuana. The $13,000 in cash investigators found in Zito's apartment would indicate it's not a bad little enterprise, felony drug charges not withstanding. (More marijuana stories.)
