Todd Akin: McCaskill Is a 'Dog'

Apparently, it's tough to teach an old, gaffe-prone politician new tricks, because Todd Akin just cannot seem to stop with the zingers, reports PoliticMO. Opponent Claire McCaskill "goes to Washington, DC, it’s a little bit like one of those dogs, 'fetch,'" he said at a fundraiser over the weekend. "She goes to Washington, DC, and (gets) all of these taxes and red tape and bureaucracy and executive orders and agencies and brings all of this stuff and dumps it on us in Missouri." In addition to his "legitimate rape" comments, Akin also once compared McCaskill to a "wildcat" and criticized her for not being more "ladylike." (More Todd Akin stories.)
