George Zimmerman has been granted his wish: He's getting a new judge in his second-degree murder trial in the death of Trayvon Martin, reports the Orlando Sentinel. An appeals court accepted his argument that the current judge, Kenneth Lester, is biased against him, as evidenced by some disparaging remarks he has made. Among other things, Lester once wrote in a bond ruling that Zimmerman is "manipulating the system for his own benefit." The state attorney general's office says it disagrees but will not appeal. A new judge has yet to be assigned. (More George Zimmerman stories.)
