Joey Kovar OD'd on Booze, Coke, Viagra: Cops

Toxicology results on Joey Kovar won't come in for weeks, but investigators tell TMZ that the reality TV star died from a fatal combination of booze, cocaine, and Viagra. Other sources say Kovar went to the house of a woman named Stacey Achterhof in Chicago Ridge, Illinois, Thursday night hoping she would drive him to a coke deal. When she refused, he dropped "some Viagra," fooled around with her, and fell asleep.

The next morning Achterhof found him bleeding from the ears and nose with "blackened" eyes—a typical result when someone ODs. Law enforcement sources say Kovar probably had an aneurysm.
