A Chicago dad is behind bars for posting a picture on Facebook of his baby daughter bound with duct tape. Andre Curry, 21, has been charged with a felony count of aggravated domestic battery and is being held on $100,000 bond, AP reports. At a hearing, his attorney argued that the case had been blown out of proportion, but the judge disagreed, ordering Curry to stay away from his 22-month-old daughter and from the Internet.

"This is wut happens wen my baby hits me back," Curry wrote under the photo, which sparked an investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services. Curry has no prior record and associates say the situation is a misunderstanding. "It was all a joke. They were all here playing," a woman at his mother's home told NBC Chicago. "He's a young father. He made a mistake and put it on Facebook." (More domestic abuse stories.)
