When the family of Natalee Holloway offered Joran Van der Sloot cash for the location of her body, he figured who was he to turn them down? The murder suspect tells Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf today that he took $25,000 from Natalee's mother, then flew to Latin America—where he was shortly charged in the murder of Stephany Flores.

"I wanted to get back at Natalee's family—her parents have been making my life tough for five years," he tells the paper from his Peruvian prison, according to the AP. "When they offered to pay for the girl's location, I thought: 'Why not'?" (More Joran Van der Sloot stories.)
