Three months after her drunk driving arrest, Mary Richardson Kennedy has been charged again with driving under the influence—of prescription drugs, this time. The soon-to-be-ex-wife of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. had her license suspended a month ago following her May 15 DUI arrest, but was allowed to drive in certain circumstances, like to take classes at an accredited school. When police stopped her Saturday morning driving 82mph, she said she was going to a yoga class.

After Kennedy’s original DUI arrest, rumors of marriage trouble bubbled to the surface, then reports that RFK Jr. had already filed for divorce. Even so, her mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and, oddly enough, actor Dan Aykroyd, wrote letters of support on Kennedy’s behalf, and she was allowed to plead guilty to driving while impaired, a lesser charge. At the time, the judge warned her to stay out of trouble, the Journal News reports, because “I don’t think you want to go through this again.”
