(AP Photo/Matt Rourke) Recovery workers pulled a second body from the Delaware River in Philadelphia today, followed by the sightseeing vessel that sank after a collision with a barge Wednesday. The body is believed to be that of Szablcs Prem, 20, the Inquirer reports. Crews recovered the body of 16-year-old Dora Schwendtner earlier today. "As you might imagine, they are all very shocked," a Hungarian government rep said of the other students who were visiting the US with Prem and Schwendtner on an exchange program.
