An email conversation between Steve Jobs and an irate iPhone 4 customer is fake, Apple's PR department says. The messages show Jobs taking a flippant tone with a customer who is angry over the new handset's widely criticized reception issues, Fortune reports. In one response, the Jobs impostor tells the customer he is "getting all worked up over a few days of rumors. Calm down." In another, he says the customer "may be working from bad data. Not your fault. Stay tuned. We are working on it."
