5 Yuckiest Jimmy Dean Meals

The late Jimmy Dean was a Grammy-winning country singer who even did a little acting, but he’ll probably be most remembered for his sometimes-awful line of breakfast products. Max Read rounds up the grossest of the gross on Gawker:

• Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick: This is already “vaguely gross” in its original form…but there was a time when you could buy the chocolate chip pancake variety, which “increases the grossness exponentially.

• Breakfast Bowls: Pancakes and Syrup & Sausage Links: “I cannot imagine a universe where pancakes and sausage makes sense as a meal to be served in a bowl. And yet: Here it is.”
• Bacon Breakfast Skillet: “This is just a sack, of, like, chemicals, and potatoes, and ‘bacon chips,’ that you cook with six eggs and, presumably, a whole bottle of Pepto-Bismol.”
