A New Hampshire teen charged with first-degree murder in a machete attack on a local woman has been locked up since the October incident—but his picture appears in his high school yearbook. "I can’t understand why you made such a disrespectful decision," David Cates says in a letter to school administrators. They initially refused to apologize for including photos of William Marks and of Quinn Glover, who has pleaded guilty to robbery and burglary charges related to the case, reports the Union Leader.
"Please do not bring further shame on yourselves by making additional excuses," continued Cates, the widower of Kimberly, 42, and father of 11-year-old Jaimie, who was seriously injured in the rampage that took her mother's life. "Jaimie is going to Souhegan in two very short years, how can she have respect towards the administration when you were so disrespectful towards her mother's memory?"
