Lindsay Lohan failed to show up in court this morning, prompting the judge to issue a bench warrant for her arrest. Lohan's excuse was that someone stole her passport, reports TMZ, but Judge Marsha Revel wasn't buying it. She set bail at $100,000, and said that even if Lohan paid, she would have to wear a SCRAM bracelet, pledge not to drink, and submit to random drug tests at least once a week, TMZ reports.

Lohan's lawyer said that there was no need for drug testing, but did acknowledge that her client had only completed 10 of the 13 alcohol ed classes she was required to take. Revel said she had reason to believe that Lohan had a drug and alcohol problem, and that there was probable cause to believe that Lohan had violated her probation—which could land her in jail for 180 days.
