E*Trade Fires Back at Coke Sniffing 'Train Wreck' LiLo

E*Trade is firing back at Lindsay Lohan, and it’s not pretty. In response to LiLo’s $100 million lawsuit against the company for defaming her in a commercial, E*Trade filed hundreds of pages to prove Lohan lives in Hollywood—not Long Island, where she filed the case. But those hundreds of pages include, for some reason, harsh Internet comments calling Lohan, among other things, “a pot-stirring, lazy, irresponsible, disrespectful little drama queen.”

Other commenters refer to Lindsay as a “train wreck” who “thinks she’s the poo,” and wonder where she gets money for cocaine—aka “that sugarcane she’s sniffin’,” the New York Post reports. Even so, E*Trade claims it is not making the case that LiLo has done more harm to her own image than E*Trade did by using a “milkaholic” baby named Lindsay in one of its commercials.
