Bill Clinton: Hillary and I Too Old for High Court

President Obama faces a partisan battle in pushing through his Supreme Court nominee—but whoever it is, it won't be oldsters Bill and Hillary Clinton, the former president said this morning. 'I'm already 63," Clinton told This Week. "I'd like to see him put someone in there, late 40s, early 50s, on the court and someone with a lot of energy for the job." As for the missus, reports Politico, "I think if she were asked, she would advise the president to appoint some 10, 15 years younger."

• Scott Brown might be going rogue: He repeatedly refused to draw a line between Obama and socialism, calling the president "a good man." Brown, however, says he'll filibuster financial reform, which is "not a good bill."
• John McCain didn't need Bob Gates' memo "to know we didn’t have a coherent policy (in Iran). That’s pretty obvious."
• He's talking financial reform this time, but Mitch McConnell says President Obama is trying to "politicize" the bill, and wants everybody to start over and get it right.
