Elizabeth Taylor, who has been married eight times to seven men, plans to take the plunge again, a source tells Us. The 78-year-old actress is engaged to Jason Winters, 49, who is Janet Jackson's manager. "It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love," says another source, "so it wouldn't be a surprise if they were engaged."
