Carrey, McCarthy Call It Quits

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy are history, the actor announced via Twitter today. “Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship,” he wrote. “I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay!” A rep for Carrey, 48, later confirmed the split to People, which also took a statement from McCarthy, 37.

“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together,” McCarthy said. “I … will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”
