The basics for an evening out—money, keys, lipstick, an ID—fit nicely in a small handbag. You might be tempted to tuck them into your bra, but think again. "I stored lipstick in mine once, and it dislodged while I was dancing and leaked all over me like something out of a horror film," CJ Arabia writes for Lemondrop. Other random items that might mysteriously materialize in your cleavage:

  • Business cards: "This happens a lot after networking cocktail parties when you fall asleep in your clothes."
  • French fries and popcorn: Not at the same time. Yet.
  • Keys: "I have a friend who called a locksmith because she forgot she had shoved her keys in her bra when we went out drinking that night."
  • A spider: "We have no idea how that happened. "
