Milledgeville, Ga., police and Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents will interview Ben Roethlisberger this week about the allegations of sexual abuse against him. They're investigating accusations by a 20-year-old college student, who identified the Steelers QB as the man who "sexually assaulted or sexually manipulated" her Thursday. Police say the two were seen together at "multiple establishments" on the night in question.

Roethlisberger's attorney said he doesn't expect charges to be filed. "The facts show that there was no criminal activity," he said today. "No sexual assault occurred. Ben is completely innocent of any crime. The truth of the events should cause this investigation to end without a criminal charge," Ed Garland told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
