The LA coroner wants more details about the death of actress Brittany Murphy. Among the questions for husband Simon Monjack and mom Sharon: Why isn't there a record of Murphy, who had a history of medical issues, seeing a doctor in the months before her death? Meanwhile, an ex-employee told the coroner that Murphy received a package of prescription drugs in the mail weekly, and that drugs were mailed to her in Louisiana, where she was shooting a movie before she died, reports TMZ.
