Jay Leno says he hasn't spoken to Conan O'Brien since the NBC brouhaha began—"it didn't seem appropriate"—but he might when "things cool down" a bit. "Maybe we'll talk, you know," Leno tells Oprah in an interview airing tomorrow. He also says he didn't take the barbs O'Brien lobbed in his direction personally, notes People. "They were jokes, and that's okay."

Adds Leno: "It's like being a fighter and say when you got punched in the head, did it hurt? Well, yeah. But you're a fighter. That's what you do." (More Jay Leno stories.)
