If you’ve been to the gym today, per your New Year’s resolution, you’re one up on Chris Daly, the San Francisco supervisor who promised to use “f---” or a variation at every meeting this year. “There wasn’t much on the agenda” today, Daly tells the Chronicle. Still, he adds, “I will ruffle feathers and step on toes. And I will certainly say things that some people don’t like.”
