Marc Ambinder got an advance copy of Game Change and has highlights at the Atlantic: Bill Clinton was involved in a long-term affair, and Hillary's campaign set up a "war room within a war room" to deal with the feared disclosure and all problems related to Bill's "libido." The book doesn't identify the woman. John and Elizabeth Edwards fought frequently and dramatically in front of staffers over his affair, which had yet to be made public. At least three staffers quit. Elizabeth once tore her blouse, "exposing herself" and ordering John to "look at me." John McCain aide Steve Schmidt told Sarah Palin's foreign policy tutors, "You guys have a lot of work to do.
