Two Islamic militants were killed by a bear in their—and, likely, its—cave hideout in Indian-controlled Kashmir today. “The attack seems to have been so violent and quick that both the militants had no chance to fire back at the wild animal,” a military official tells the Hindustan Times, noting that the Himalayan black bear is a top predator in the area.
