No one has tested positive for drugs, but spirits are still low

Cycling can't seem to catch a break. Despite a clean record on drug tests, this year's Tour de France will be wrapping up under dark clouds. Between the death of a 61-year-old spectator, a pellet-gun attack on riders, and accusations of sabotage between teams and individuals, the race itself has taken a backseat, Australia's News Network reports.
