While doubts swirl about Jackson's physical and mental ability to carry out the massive $20 million, 50-concert tour—appropriately called "This Is It"—insiders say the 50-year-old is girding for a comeback, readying dance routines, and polishing fan favorites. "It's going to be the biggest, most technologically advanced arena show—and the most expensive—ever mounted," the concert promoter says.
