PETA is asking Octomom to hold off on the pets, please. After reports surfaced that Nadya Suleman wanted to buy a dog and a pig—an idea hatched in the pre-flu days, presumably—the animal-rights group wrote Suleman a letter pleading with her to reconsider "adding two more dependents to your family," Us Weekly reports.

"Like children, pigs and dogs are intelligent, social beings with complex needs," says the letter to the mother of 14. "They require a lot of attention, space, and exercise as well as a huge financial commitment." (More Nadya Suleman stories.)
