A woman who says she found Lost actor Henry Ian Cusick's hands where they shouldn't have been is taking him to court, E! Online reports. The woman, a former ABC employee, says the Scotsman started groping her and moaning on the Lost set in October 2007, and that she was fired soon after she complained to management.

The woman says that after complaining about Cusick's advances she met with "very hostile" treatment from the actor and others at ABC, which she is also suing. She charges that the stress of the harassment and the firing caused her to miscarry and she is seeking unspecified damages. A rep for the actor, who plays Desmond on the show, declined to comment.
