Levi Johnston may sue the Palins for the right to see his son, Politico reports. Johnston told Larry King last night that he hired an attorney when Alaska's first family cut off communication, but added, “We’re not in a big fight with the Palins. I still like the family and think we can work things out.” One thing he and ex-fiancée Bristol still agree on: Her claim that abstinence is “unrealistic.”
“All teens, or most of them, are sexually active,” Johnston said, adding that Sarah Palin “probably” knew about his sexual relationship with her daughter, Gawker reports. But he wouldn’t divulge further details to King, saying, “You know Larry, I’m a gentleman.” (More Levi Johnston stories.)
