Chris Brown and Rihanna may be reuniting in public for the first time tonight, the Daily Star reports. Rihanna is a confirmed guest at an ASCAP Awards after-party honoring a songwriter who has worked with both her and Brown; Brown is “possibly” attending. Meanwhile, Rihanna is planning “a ‘women empowerment’ type of tour,” a source tells E! She “wants strong women to join her,” like Ciara and Keyshia Cole. (More celebrity stories.)
