Remains located by divers in the Mississippi today bring the total number of casualties in the Aug. 1 collapse to at least nine. The dead youngster was riding in a car with her mother, a nursing student from Somalia, when it plunged into the river, the family told CNN. Federal officials said today an aerial photo of construction work on the bridge before its collapse will aid in analyzing whether the added weight of heady equipment being used in resurfacing was a factor in the bridge's collapse.
