Jamie Foxx has apologized for telling 16-year-old Miley Cyrus to “make a sex tape and grow up” and “get like Britney Spears and do some heroin” on his weekend satellite radio show, OK! reports. “You guys know that whatever I say, I don't mean any of it,” Foxx told Jay Leno on last night's Tonight Show.
