Fawcett Out of Hospital

Farrah Fawcett is out of the hospital and back home again, People reports. The 62-year-old actress, who's suffering from anal cancer, had been admitted more than a week ago because of internal bleeding not directly related to the cancer. With her pain subsiding, she left today with longtime companion Ryan O'Neal.

"She's walking and in great in spirits and looking forward to celebrating Easter at home," said her physician. "Her home has been stocked with her favorite teas and food and she's looking forward to enjoying them." (More Farrah Fawcett stories.)
