A cell phone photo of a groper on a New York City subway snapped by his victim helped nab him two days later, according to police. He harassed a woman again yesterday and she recognized his picture from news reports and called 911, reports the New York Daily News. Turns out he's been arrested 30 times for charges ranging from robbery to sex assault. "I was scared, but I think I did a good job," said the woman who snapped his photo.
