Quinn Ends Holdout, Signs $20M Deal
Cleveland Browns quarterback Brady Quinn walks off the field after his first minicamp as a Browns player in this May 4, 2007 file photo, in Berea, Ohio. Quinn has agreed to terms on a five-year contract with the Browns, ending an 11-day holdout that may have jeopardized his chances to begin the season...   (Associated Press)

Brady Quinn ended his 11-day holdout yesterday, signing a deal with the Browns worth $7.75 million in guaranteed money and a possible $30 million in incentives over the next five years.  His holdout basically eliminated any chance of  beginning the season as the team's starter, though anything is possible on this talent-starved Browns squad.

As coach Romeo Crennel said, "He's pretty far behind, we have a lot of offense, and we're putting it in every day. It takes a while to get this down and get caught up on it."  Two first round picks remain unsigned—Oakland quarterback JaMarcus Russell and Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis.
