British reality-TV star Jade Goody, terminally ill with cancer, was rushed to the hospital last night for “terrible pain” in her stomach, and doctors are operating today, the Daily Mail reports. “She was sobbing and petrified,” her publicist said. But cancer specialists “got the pain under control last night and she has managed to have a good night’s sleep,” he tells the Daily Mirror.

“This is the place that I am going to die,” a hospital insider quoted Goody as saying. “She saw familiar faces and was so emotional as she realized it was the last time she is going to see them. Her prognosis is two to four weeks—but there are worries she won’t make it to the weekend,” the source told the Mail. (Read more Jade Goody stories.)
